Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 days for processing on top of standard shipping times as I make all the stickers at home to order.

Shipping Within Australia

To keep shipping costs as low as possible for domestic customers, STICKER ONLY orders will be sent via untracked letter mail and unfortunately location updates cannot be provided with this shipping option.

Standard Australia Post parcel delivery times applies to all orders.

Free domestic shipping is automatically applied on orders valued at $60 AUD and over.

Shipping Outside of Australia

For all destination countries located outside of Australia, a flat $20 AUD shipping fee applies to all orders valued under $120 AUD. Free international shipping is included on all orders valued at $120 AUD and over.

ELLENELLESP is not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by customs authorities or local postal services of the destination country.

Please note that orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by that destination country. ELLENELLESP is not responsible for any import taxes and custom duties that are incurred on arrival - these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Change of Mind Cancellations

I will accept change of mind cancellations if notified by the buyer within 24 hours of the order being placed, as long as the order has NOT yet been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
